1. COLLECTION AND UTILIZATION, PROVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Definition of Personal Information
    DAIDO MACHINES CO., LTD. (hereinafter called “DAIDO”) defines that all information which identify a specific person shall be deemed as personal information.
  2. Collection and Utilization, Provision of personal Information
    In case that DAIDO collects its client’s information, DAIDO shall gain consent from the client after explaining the purpose with details and collect and use of client’s information to the extent necessary scope considering from the description and scale of the business. DAIDO shall neither provide any client information to the third party nor utilize information for other purpose without consent of its client except exceptional circumstances.
  3. Consignment of processing of client’s information
    In case that DAIDO consigns the client’s information to the specific company, DAIDO shall select the company which satisfy with the protection of personal information according to the standard of its selection and require the company to protect the confidentiality of personal information by contract.
  4. Assignee of processing of Client’ information
    In case that our DAIDO becomes an assignee of processing of Client’s information, DAIDO shall manage personal data strictly and use for the purpose as agreed with client.

2. PROPER MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

DAIDO shall maintain and upgrade data collected from clients and curry reasonable safety measures out to protect from illegal access, loss, destruction, alteration, leaking of private. DAIDO shall take corrective action if necessary.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND GUIDELINE BY THE GOVERNMENT
     AND OTHER IMPLEMENTING LAW.

DAIDO shall comply with law and guideline by the government and other implementing law and handle those information based on the manual for the protection of personal information based on these law and guidelines.

4. RESPONSE OF COMPLAINTS AND CONSULTATION

Our company shall take necessary action in case of complaints and consultation from clients.

5. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
     FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION

Our company shall always improve management system of personal information protection on a regular basis and review the management system if necessary.
